The New Forecast Dashboard has unique features that allow you to create real value for your practice, take real cost out of your business and clearly identify changes that you need to make to ensure that your practice will achieve your forecasted targets.
Using matter history fed from your core practice management system, our Forecast Dashboard dynamically analyses transactional history and importantly, will allow the user to vary key measures within their practice to test their impact on the forecast and adjust accordingly.

The User is able to select the time period associated to data which they want to base a future forecast on. The Forecast Dashboard will then provide the user with key trend analysis over that historic time period against key measures which can have an impact on future forecasts. On selection of any performance measure the Dashboard provides a unique insight into the practice historic performance against that measure, allowing the user to make qualified adjustments to the forecast.

The user can then simply move the slider against a required measure and calculate how that change will impact on the forecast revenue. For example, the user may wish to see how increasing the Fee Earner Hourly rate by 10% will impact the future projected revenue.

Alternatively the user may wish to ask what they would need to adjust in the practice to achieve a revenue increase of say 7%, The Forecast Dashboard will identify the changes which need to be made in key areas such as improved utilization or Matter growth.

The Forecast Dashboard will not only allow the user to model a range of forecasts across the practice, it will also allow the user to select departments and drill down into individual Fee Earners to view their historic performance and hence create individual forecasts at every level.

The Forecast Dashboard will also provide the user with greater insight into the historic business trends that effect key measures. For example selecting the Fee Earner hourly rate key measure will show the user the historic trend association between the hourly book rate against the actual average billing rate and quantity of Fee Earners. This will assist in determining accurate forecast rate changes across the company and devising the true expected impact on departmental revenue.
